Der Crosstrainer Ergometer Kettler XTR1 ist aufbauend auf meinem Lieblingsmodell, dem Kettler CTR 1. Der Ellipsentrainer hat eine hohe Schwungmasse und einen Trainingscomputer mit 7 Programmen. Beide Komponenten bieten angenehme Trainingsmöglichkeiten auf dem Crosstrainer. Diese sind auch für den therapeutischen Bereich (genormt nach DIN EN 957-1/9, Klasse A) anwendbar. Zu empfehlen!

Training & Trainingscomputer
Anzeige von Trainingsdaten
Der Trainingscomputer des XTR1 zeigt während des Trainings das Belastungsprofil, Leistung in Watt, Trittfrequenz, Zeitmessung, Energieverbrauch, Trainingsstrecke, Gesamtkilometer, Geschwindigkeit, Raumtemperatur und Puls an. Das LCD-Display ist übersichtlich und hochauflöend. Man kann die Daten sehr gut ablesen.
Vorgabemöglichkeiten & Trainingsprogramme
Als Vorgabemöglichkeiten bietet der Ergometer Trainingscomputer die Auswahl von Leistung, Zeit, Energieverbrauch, Strecke, optimaler Trainingspulsbereich, Pulsobergrenze oder eines von 7 Trainingsprogrammen inkl. Ausdauertraining.
Trainingsanalyse
Aufgrund der Erholungspulsmessung wird eine Fitnessnote von 1-6 vergeben. Der Computer speichert ausserdem Durchschnittswerte von Puls, Geschwindigkeit, Trittfrequenz und Leistung in Watt.
Empfehlenswertes Zubehör zum Kettler Ellipsentrainer
Für ein effektives Training auf dem Kettler XTR 1 Crosstrainer Ergometer ist unbedingt eine Pulsuhr zu empfehlen. Vor allem Anfänger überlasten sich meist unnötig. Für alle Kettler Crosstrainer kann man das Kettler Cardio-Pulsset separat als Zubehör kaufen. Es kostet etwa 50 Euro.
Ausserdem ist der Kauf einer Schutzmatte für Ihren Boden zu überlegen. Durch die Bewegung auf dem Crosstrainer können Druckstellen und Kratzer auf dem Boden entstehen. Bei Parkett unbedingt zu empfehlen! Die Schutzmatte für Ellipsentrainer kostet ca. 50 Euro.
